Three boats allow a wide range of trips to suit everyone from families and complete beginners to professional marine students and salty sea dogs.

Daily cruises of 1/2hr, 2hr, 4hr and 8hr in length, as well as package holidays ofbetween 2 to 7 days. Become involved with our research projects, or just kick back, relax and enjoy the adventure... something for everyone! 96% sightings rate.

Step aboard and let us take you into the fascinating Sea Lochs of the Firth of Clyde. Our leisurely 3 Lochs Scenic Sea Cruise takes you across the Holy Loch, north up Loch Long and then into remote Loch Goil. Expect to see seals, porpoise, gannet, eider and from time to time occasional visitors such as dolphins and basking sharks. These lochs form the coastal boundary of the Loch Lomond National Park and we think a 3 Lochs Cruise is the ideal way to enjoy the wildlife and beautiful fjord-like scenery with the added fun of traveling in a safe stable fast open powerboat. Your skipper will stop and chat and binoculars are available for this leisurely , outdoors and informative trip. Why not combine your love of wildlife and scenery with the thrill of a faster ride on one of our High Speed Adventure Rides. These trips take in large chunks of the Firth of Clyde and you can expect to see varied scenery, shipping, wildlife and on our Rocks and Wrecks trip we even get up close to a thumping great ship wreck! River Rocket is based at the Holy Loch, Sandbank near Dunoon on the west of the Firth of Clyde – about 30 miles (plus a short ferry hop) from Glasgow and less than an hour from bonnie Loch Lomond.

Hebridean Whale Cruises operates from Gairloch Pier in the North West Highlands of Scotland. We are open all year so you can encounter all the seasonal wildlife the Hebrides is famous for. Our survey area is huge and we are the only operators to monitor vast areas of the North Minch. As this is open to the North Atlantic we have a good reputation for the more unusual sightings of Humpback, Sei, Fin and even Sperm Whales! Regular "hat-tricks" of Minke whale, Common Dolphin and Harbour Porpoise on a single cruise.

Cruises run daily and are of 1-3hrs. From late April until Mid August we visit the Shiant Islands, the only way to get there from mainland Scotland (3hr) to see puffins. Our vessels have been custom built for maximum passenger comfort. The M.V. Kerry a traditional cruiser has a fixed canopy and retractable window side panels, so you can be protected from the wind and the rain. Orca 1 is a 11m offshore RHIB with cushioned seating, everyone is issued with full body flotation suits and visors. On shore facilities include a wildlife centre next to the Harbour Lights Cafe on Pier Rd where you can take advantage of our charts and interactive software to learn more about the marine life found in the Hebrides. With the huge map of the area we can also recommend areas to search for land and marine fauna.

If you already have some experience, let's go and explore the wild coast and islands of the Firth of Lorn or the Hebrides - or Alaska - or wherever you want to go. And while we are out there, we will teach you everything you need to know, from basic techniques and safety, through advanced paddling skills to navigation and trip planning.

A variety of accommodation is available on all of the islands and many visitors return to spend a week’s holiday or more so they can enjoy their full potential.
