Kayaking:
Discover sea kayaking in Jersey. Experience the beauty and tranquility of a sea kayak tour around the stunning Jersey coastline. With the fleet of modern sit-on-top or closed cockpit 'traditional' sea kayaks reach remote beaches, explore cliffs, caves and see the wildlife.
Tours can last from a couple of hours to a multi day trip. Tours suitable for paddlers of all ages and abilities including families with young children. Individual and group bookings are possible. No previous kayaking experience is needed. All equipment is provided.
Walking:
Walk to Seymour and Icho Towers and take a walk on the sea bed. Explore gullies, cross sand bars and rock pools to Seymour or Icho Towers and discover Jersey's very own wilderness area in the company of local guides.
Revel in the stillness and expanse of an area that is covered twice a day by some of the highest tides in the world. Learn about the fishing history of the area, or just enjoy the chance to be in a wild and remote place. |

Betram is doing research with GMN (Groupe Mammalogique Normand), GECC (Group d'Etudes des Cetacees du Cotentin) in Channel Islands area and the regional group of the Museum Nationale d'Histoire Naturelle on the French mainland.
He is the European Channel Isles contact for the Seawatch Foundation, which has the 'Ocean Defender' and other large vessels that travel around the British Isles, including Jersey.
