Island Sea Safaris

Island Sea Safaris offer shipwreck and wildlife safaris around the Isles of Scilly. We visit the Seal and Seabird colonies together with the many famous shipwreck sites. Our rib enables us to get close to the rocks to view the wildlife. On-board, we have an underwater camera and viewing boxes. Trips run daily from April to October and last for either 1 or 2 hours. Island Sea Safaris can also take you on a snorkeling safari, close to an un-inhabitated island. All equipment is provided and our snorkeling takes place in shallow water close to the shore.

St Martin’s Dive School offers the fabulous wildlife experience of snorkelling with seals.  These trips last approximately three hours and you will be taken from St Martin’s to the Eastern Isles in our rib. A diving instructor will guide and assist you.  Wetsuits, masks, fins and snorkels are all provided.  No previous snorkelling experience is required, but you should be confident to swim in open water. The minimum age is 8 and all children need to be accompanied by an adult. Trips run from April through to September.
